Last week I created a gift list for the beginning Yogi. This week I thought it would be fun to share some zany products out there for the Yoga lover who has it all.
First off, A Yoga session with me! You can buy your loved one a single private session, or five to ten sessions that will be tailored to meet his or her needs. Experienced Yogis usually know what they’re looking for. I can provide private sessions that focus on a particular body part such as the hips or shoulders, or others concerns the Yogi might have such as alignment, posture or chakra balancing. One, 60-minute session is $75AUD. The five-session offer is $350AUD and the ten-session offer is $700AUD.
If you’re looking for a gift option for people outside of the Sydney area here are my top five gift choices:
#5. Yo Sox Funky Socks How fun are these? Wear them with a black skirt and ankle boots for a fun night out. These aren’t socks for the studio, they are simply socks for fun. Buy a pair for that special someone who loves Yoga and has perpetually cold feet!
#4. Yoga Joes How lovely is it to see GI Joe doing some Yoga before going off to battle? I do know that Navy Seals practise meditative breathing techniques, and that Yoga helps soldiers with PTSD. Naturally, this little gift is quirky but meaningful at the same time. Wouldn’t it be nice if all military personnel practised Yoga?
#3. Magnetic Poetry Yoga Kit I’ve got this set on my refrigerator at home and it’s quite fun. People are entertained by it when they come over as it’s a good talking piece and it reminds me to take a moment to breathe when I rush into the kitchen to cook dinner after a busy day at work.
#2. DoTERRA Yoga Collection – This trio of essential oils will support the Yoga practice of your favourite Yogini. The oils: Anchor, Align and Arise, are blended to support you during a class or even in day to day life to promote calmness, harmony and courage.
#1. The Yoga Kitchen Cookbook The odds are, that if you’re shopping for your Yogi who has everything, he or she doesn’t just do Yoga on the mat, but weaves Yoga into daily life. This scrumptious cookbook offers healthy and mindful dishes that will have everyone asking for more.
